Equity-driven higher education leader committed to reimagining the student experience for historically marginalized communities. As Equity Counselor at El Camino College and Vice President of the Men of Color Action Network (MOCAN), I work to dismantle systemic barriers, close equity gaps, and empower African American/Black, Latino, and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander students to realize their power, potential, and purpose. I design and lead transformative programs that expand access, opportunity, and belonging, while supporting student-athletes, facilitating leadership development, and building community partnerships. My work is grounded in the belief that education drives justice, liberation, and lasting systemic change.
